Following the city tour you will enjoy a very pleasant train trip (independent) to Uetliberg–'Top of Zurich'. At 871 meters (2613 ft) above sea level, Uetliberg towers over the roofs of Zurich. From the top of the summit’s 30 m (100 ft) viewing tower, which boosts your altitude to 900 m (2700 ft) a terrific 360-degree view awaits you. This
tour shows you the most interesting sights of Zurich and its surroundings.
We start with a guided city tour of Zurich and show you the commercial
centre, a section of the Old Town, Fraumünster Church with its
famous Chagall windows, historical Limmatquai and the university district.
Along the Höhenstrasse that offers spectacular views into the
Alps, we drive to Rapperswil, called the 'City of Roses'. The charming
little town of Rapperswil offers unique attractions for visitors -
the Rose Gardens, the Castle, the deer park on the Lindenhof and the
picturesque Old Town. After a short guided walking tour and some time
at leisure in Rapperswil, enjoy a 2-hour cruise on the Lake of Zurich
(unescorted). On board you will find a restaurant. First possible
boat back is scheduled to arrive at 3.15 p.m. at Zurich Bürkliplatz

An
adventure excursion to the highest vantage point in Central Switzerland.
A pleasant ride with our deluxe motor coach takes you to the mountain
resort of Engelberg in Central Switzerland, where you will board the
aerial cableway for a 45 minute journey from the green valley bottom
to the high alpine glacier region at 3020 m/10000 ft which guarantees
snow the whole year round. Enjoy a magnificent ride in the world's
first ever revolving 'ROTAIR' gondola, which offers a 360° panoramic
view into the Alps. 2 hour stay on the mountain. Visit the Ice Grotto,
experience the new 'Ice Flyer' - chair lift ride over the glacier
with fantastic views into crevasses and ice falls and enjoy a snow
slide on the 'Fun lift'. (These activities are included in our tour).
After the descent to Engelberg we board our coach for a drive to Lucerne,
time at leisure (approx. 1 hour) for sightseeing and shopping before
the coach takes you back to Zurich. |

An
excursion to the ever popular summer and winter resort in the heart
of Central Switzerland. Engelberg (Angel Mountain) was originally
founded by the Benedictine monks and the imposing monastery dominates
the centre of the village. The Baroque style monastery church, which
houses the largest organ in Switzerland, is open for visits to the
public. Enjoy a 3 ½ hour independent stay in this lovely mountain
village to relax or stroll. On our return journey we stop in Lucerne
(approx. 1 hour). Enjoy a short stroll and cross the famous Chapel
bridge the landmark of Lucerne. |

Lucerne's
"own" mountain has many stunning sides - and on the "Golden
Round Trip" you experience each and every one! Our guided coach
tour takes you to Kriens, your starting point for the Golden Round
Trip. Travel independently by panorama gondola and aerial cableway
to the summit of Mount Pilatus. A uniquely impressive panorama of
73 Alpine peaks and countless lakes awaits you on Pilatus Kulm, some
2132 metres (7000 feet) above sea level. Several restaurants and a
large sun terrace await you. A spectacular ride on the world's steepest
cogwheel railway then takes you down to Alpnachstad, where you enjoy
a pleasant 1 ¼ hour cruise to Lucerne. Here you have some leisure
time before meeting your guide and returning to Zurich by coach. |

pleasant ride over Albis-Pass and along the Lake of Lucerne takes
you to the city of Lucerne. After a short panoramic tour of the town,
the afternoon (approx. 6 hours) is all yours... Lucerne offers a wide
range of attractions for everybody. The list is impressive: the Old
Town, the famous Chapel Bridge, the Lion Monument, the City Train
– the new attraction. In addition there’s the Lake promenade,
Europe’s largest Transport Museum, the IMAX film theatre, and
the Picasso Museum. You won’t run out of places to visit! Meet
your guide in the late afternoon for the return coach journey to Zurich. |

This
tour begins with a pleasant ride to the city of Lucerne. After a short
panoramic tour of the town, you will proceed to a typical Old Town
Restaurant where traditional Swiss dishes will be served. You will
start with a cheese Fondue, followed by a hearty Bratwurst, which
is a veal sausage, and Rosti-potatoes. A delicious dessert will be
served later. During lunch you will be entertained with yodelling,
singing, Alp horn-blowing and flag-throwing. The meal and program
lasts about 1½ to 2 hours. The afternoon is yours to explore

Heidi's
world is not only a children's fairy-tale, it really exists! After
a tour of Zurich we follow the lake to Rapperswil and visit the picturesque
Old Town and its medieval castle - time at leisure. Then after crossing
the Ricken Pass with its panoramic views of the Alps we reach the
lovely Toggenburg region with the most picturesque scenery of green
hills and valleys. In Vaduz, the capital of the tiny Principality
of Liechtenstein you will have time at leisure. See the settings of
Heidi’s story in the Maienfeld area. In the summer months we
can visit Heidi’s village. A pleasant short walk leads to a
collection of typical mountain houses, a village shop, and of course
lots of little goats. Entry into the authentic Heidi House is optional.
Our trip along Lake Walen takes us back to Zurich. |

This
excursion starts with a comfortable ride in a modern deluxe coach
on scenic routes to a most enchanting alpine world of the Bernese
Oberland. In Lauterbrunnen you will take the Wengernalp rack railway
for a 45-minute trip up through idyllic alpine meadows and forests
to the little village of Wengen, and then further on up to Kleine
Scheidegg (2061 m / 6762 ft). Here you will find yourself in front
of the most magnificent mountain backdrop of Mts Eiger, Mönch
and Jungfrau. The imposing Eiger North Face is within touching distance.
Time for lunch, relax or do some hiking on the well-signed hiking
trails for all levels of competence. The unaccompanied trip back down
to the valley follows the north-west slopes of the Eiger to the famous
resort of Grindelwald. Late afternoon departure to Zurich by coach

at the foot of the famous Eiger North Face to Jungfraujoch - Europe's
highest railway station. Enjoy the incredible world of eternal snow
and ice. Visit the Ice Palace, experience the breathtaking panorama
view from the Sphinx Observation Terrace overlooking the Aletsch Glacier
(Europe's longest glacier) and the snow-capped peaks of the neighbouring
countries. The down hill mountain trip takes us to Grindelwald where

excursion to Northern Switzerland and the Black Forest,
one of the most attractive landscapes of Southern Germany. Along Lake
Schluchsee you reach Titisee, the very heart of the
Black Forest. You will get a short introduction in how they bring those
popular cuckoo clocks to sing, then you will enjoy time at leisure.
Perhaps you wish to do a boat ride or enjoy the local food; the most
known speciality is the Black Forest Cake, made with cherry brandy (almost
NO calories....) Driving through very impressive spruce forests passing
by Lenzkirch you return to Switzerland. There you will stop to admire
the Rhine Falls, Europe’s largest and most spectacular
